Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, should a product arrive to you damaged, please take a photo and contact us on and we will have it sorted out for you.

What if my order arrives with an item missing or the wrong item?

Please contact immediately and we will have the order remedied for you as soon as possible.  

What if an item arrives in damaged condition or destroyed?

Should a product arrive defective in any way, or damaged beyond use, please document the product by sending a photo and a description to so that we may replace the product. However, if your product is in usable condition we would encourage our customers not to request it be replaced. We would like to remind our customers about reducing waste and conservation of the environment, and thus to keep and use products whenever possible.  

How can I cancel or amend my order?

You cannot cancel an order after it has been made. We cannot amend orders after they have been placed. Should a mistake have occurred please contact and we will do our best to come to a solution or accommodate you.  

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders will be dispatched within 3 days of ordering. Orders in Dubai should arrive within 3 days. Orders in the rest of the UAE should arrive within 5 days. International orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive depending on the shipping location. 

What if an item I ordered is out of stock?

We will contact you and suggest either replacements or provide you a refund for the full transaction. You will then need to repurchase the items in your cart.  

How much does shipping cost?

The delivery cost for Dubai is 15 AED
The delivery cost for Sharjah is 30 AED
The rest of the UAE is 50 AED
International Shipping is shipped at a flat rate of 150 AED

How can I track my order?

Orders within the UAE are not tracked. International Orders will be sent an email with a tracking number so that you may follow its progress.
